The chair presented a grant agreement among Cameron, Elk and McKean counties and the Department of Drug and Alcohol programs for administration of a single county authority and clarified that the contract before the board is between Cameron County and ADAS; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
Following that item, commissioners approved the 911 state interconnectivity grant agreement that commences on 01/01/2026 and ends on 12/31/2026. The board then adopted Fair Housing Resolution number 2026-1 as presented by Cliff Clark, Economic and Community Development. Each of these items passed quickly on motions, seconds and unanimous voice votes with no extended debate recorded.
