County reports repeated failed bids for 911 tower; staff to rebid and reach out to contractors

Commissioners discussed how the contracting landscape has changed since the pandemic, noting subcontractor availability and higher costs have made it harder to complete public-works projects on previous schedules and budgets. No procurement decision was made at the meeting; staff will return with updated bidding plans and any specification changes.
