Residents press Garwood council on police, audits, redevelopment and parking enforcement

During the public comment period, several residents raised separate concerns for the council. Debbie Ledger described a damaged overtime parking ticket and suggested the borough change how tickets are affixed so they are not glued to windshields. Council and staff pledged to follow up: the mayor asked the chief to address the parking-ticket procedure, staff noted the pump clog was fixed and outlined planned mechanical and electrical upgrades, and administrators said they'd confirm audit and budget line-item details publicly.
