Board members discussed clinic scheduling and program delivery under the IGA. Linda relayed that Montezuma staff (Mallory) may limit service offerings to Pathway plans and could shift clinic days (for example, from Thursdays to Wednesday mornings); members agreed there will be times when half-day clinics fit better and other times when full days will be necessary. The Chair and Dennis discussed managing busier cycles when schools are in session.
