"We are in our final year of federal funding of the drug free communities grant," she said, and stressed the value of continuing local data collection even if federal support ends.
She asked the committee to continue supporting parent-association assemblies, data collection and community outreach such as National Night Out. Members praised the coalition's work and confirmed the district will continue to partner on outreach and training.
