New ambulance chief AJ (Speaker 4) described staffing plans and said he was working to organize shifts and full-time slots to improve coverage. Commissioners discussed the county's exclusivity arrangement and mutual-aid responses with neighboring districts; Chair (Speaker 2) emphasized the need for a renewal letter and for the ambulance service to submit the online application to state portals prior to an end-of-June licensing deadline.
