The board approved the agenda (motion by Mike Noonan; second by Julian Gambs) and the March 22, 2021 regular-session minutes (motion by Noonan; second by Gambs). Both motions passed unanimously, recorded in the minutes as “All aye, motion carried.” The record shows no public comment during the open public discussion portion.
Under business, the board approved a permit for a new home for applicant Darin Krempges (motion by Brady Gaddis; second by Julian Gambs) and an add-on permit for Steve Van Zee (motion by Mike Noonan; second by Brady Gaddis).
