Bristol DRB amends minutes, signs three final plats at June 9 meeting
Summary
The Development Review Board amended and approved April 28 minutes and signed final plats for three subdivisions; the Hibbard plat was redesignated (Lot 4 retained; Lots 5 and 6 newly created), Randy Russell's plat was rescaled for recording, and the David Livingston plat was accepted per a March 24, 2026 revision.
At its June 9 meeting the Town of Bristol Development Review Board amended and approved the Minutes of April 28, 2026 and signed final plats for three subdivisions. Planning and Zoning Administrator AZ Larsen provided clarifying information on the Hibbard plat prior to the board’s signature.
The board approved redesignation of the Hibbard plat so that Lot 4 is the retained lot and Lots 5 and 6 are the newly created lots. The Randy Russell plat was reduced in scale for recording purposes. The David Livingston plat for the Hardscrabble Road subdivision was accepted as revised March 24, 2026, consistent with the board’s prior approvals. These administrative actions were recorded as final plats and signatures were affixed at the meeting.
Chair Kevin Brown presided over the administrative items. The meeting was adjourned at 7:31 pm and the minutes were submitted by Recording Secretary Carol Chamberlin.
