The consent agenda authorized warrants in the amount of $166,810.64, approved renewal of a First- and Third-Class Liquor License and Outdoor Consumption Permit for Minifactory, and granted special event street-use/closure permits for the Fourth of July Celebration (including the Stampede 5K) and Pocock Rocks. The board also authorized signing Vermont Bond Bank financing documents for the Bristol West Water Line Replacement project.
Recreation Director Meridith McFarland asked about timing for signage for the Fourth of July road closure and was told that posting a week in advance is suitable. The board agreed to the logistical details discussed by staff.
The motion to approve the consent agenda passed unanimously. No members of the public spoke during the public forum portion of the meeting.
