The Crafton Borough Council voted to approve the July 23 consent agenda, which included the July 9 meeting minutes, today’s bill list and the reports posted to the council OneDrive. "We have the consent agenda, which is on the OneDrive for all of council to review," the council president said before calling for a motion; the motion passed on a voice vote.
Council members discussed calendar changes for the late-year meeting schedule. The president proposed moving the Nov. 27 meeting to Monday, Nov. 23, to avoid the Thanksgiving travel day and to cancel the Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve) meeting as has been done in prior years; council members agreed informally to the change and staff was directed to advertise the revised schedule. The manager and clerk confirmed the borough will publish any required advertisements and that a formal resolution could be handled as part of routine meeting notice procedures.
