The Bristol Selectboard unanimously approved its consent agenda at the June 22 meeting, which included approval of the past meeting minutes, a check warrant for $295,317.68 and a Special Event and Street Use Permit for the Green Mountain Stage Race (Stage 3, Sept. 6, 2026). Joel Bouvier told the Board that the race organizers have run the event for years and would coordinate with Police Chief Bruce Nason.
Race representative Gary Kessler, joining by Zoom, said he would reach out to the Chief and "confirmed he had sent the insurance certificate along with the paperwork," and Chair Ian Albinson confirmed the Town had received it. Peeker Heffernan moved to accept the consent agenda; the motion was seconded by Albinson and passed unanimously by voice vote.
