On motion by Arthur Rhodes and seconded by Michael Walsh, the Board unanimously accepted the unaudited financial statements dated Dec. 31, 2024. Adams said staff will resend the statements to the Board for review.
The acceptance was recorded as a formal vote; no dollar-line disputes were raised during the meeting. The Board also set its next regular meeting for April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
