Mr. Adams presented the unaudited financial statements as of Oct. 31, 2024 and reported that the BankUnited Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) investment account was established with an initial 4.75% interest rate that he believes has since declined to 4.25%. After discussion, the board accepted the statements by unanimous motion.
Ms. Vaughan asked about additional work near the Rolling Hills pond; Mr. Adams said both the big pond and pond '3' are treated three times annually by the new vendor Premier Lakes under a contract beginning Dec. 1, 2024, with the next treatments scheduled for March and July 2025. The board voted to accept the unaudited statements on a motion by Mr. Rhodes and second by Ms. Vaughan.
