Heritage Pines CDD adopts proposed FY2026 O&M budget, schedules July public hearing

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution 2025-03 on April 15, 2025, approving a proposed operations and maintenance budget for fiscal year 2025/2026 and setting a public hearing for July 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Heritage Pines Country Club Meeting Room.
District Manager Chuck Adams said the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget "is similar to the Fiscal Year 2025 budget," and that "the net effect is a reduction of approximately $4,000 in appropriations compared to Fiscal Year 2025." He added the O&M assessment "is projected to decrease by $2.88 per unit, year-over-year." The Board voted to adopt the resolution on a motion by Supervisor Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Assistant Secretary Carol Vaughan, with all supervisors in favor.
The resolution also directs transmittal, posting, and publication in accordance with Florida law and fixes the date for the statutorily required public hearing on the tentative budget. The District Manager noted that interest earnings on investment accounts were not yet reflected in the unaudited statements and will be provided to the Board when posted.
