The chair moved to adopt the resolution after staff reported no public speakers or letters on the application; the motion carried unanimously.
The board thanked the applicant for conservation-minded design. “The planning board is extremely pleased with your selectivity to conservation of this,” the chair said during the presentation. The clerk will supply the final resolution and the recorded decision will be posted to the board’s file.
