Following a 10‑minute executive session under RCW 42.30.110(c) to consider selection of city‑owned property, the council returned to open session and voted on the disposition of a parcel located by the Pend Oreille Apartments. On a motion by Blake McAnerin, seconded by Tess Parker, the council decided not to surplus or sell the parcel; minutes state the motion passed with all in favor.
The council also directed protecting two sewer cleanouts on the parcel by placing eco blocks around them. The minutes do not record any sale terms, buyers, or further disposal actions; the decision was to retain the property and protect the sewer infrastructure.
