Morton approves interlocal agreement with Lewis County for emergency management

The Morton City Council on Dec. 23 approved two interlocal arrangements with Lewis County: a Master Local Agreement to allow reimbursable work and an interlocal agreement for Emergency Management Services. Councilwoman Caro Johnson moved the Master Local Agreement and the ILA; Councilman Jason Sawyer seconded both motions, which were recorded as "all in favor."
