Planning commission asks council to review manufactured-home proposals at 213 Laural and E State Street
Summary

Mrs. Manley, representing the Planning Commission, told the council that 213 Laural (the house that burned down) has been cleaned and the owner wants to place a manufactured home on the lot with driveway access from the alley. She also said a new owner of E State Street duplexes plans to add another manufactured home on that property.
Planning recommended the conditional use permit ordinance be reviewed again by the commission and returned to council for further discussion. Mrs. Manley also noted planning currently has fewer members than authorized and encouraged community members to volunteer to join the planning team.
