Monroe Township Council adopted Resolution 235-2026 on July 22, 2026, authorizing a closed executive session to discuss matters falling under pending and anticipated litigation pursuant to NJSA 10:4-12(b)(7). The motion was made, seconded and the council voted to go into closed session.
After the closed session the meeting returned to public view and the chair stated, "No action was taken this evening."
