The council also discussed a separate financing matter tied to the EDC: a $111,975.98 balloon payment due on an EDC reservoir loan and directed staff to seek a four-year extension to allow monthly payments instead of a lump payment. That discussion was recorded as direction to pursue revised repayment terms; no formal amendment to the contract was recorded in the minutes.
