Board approves CTE budget extension and $3,999 BIA change order for construction work

Nancy Armstrong-Montes moved to approve the budget extension for the CTE Facility and Jarae Cate moved to approve the BIA change order for $3,999; both motions carried. During reports the board also asked maintenance staff to advise whether the extended warranty for the new HVAC system in the CTE facility would be needed.
Separately, the board reviewed an ICOS report that covered only the modular building and requested the ICOS report for the main building; that item was TABLED until the February meeting so the board could review full documentation before further action.
