Law enforcement sources likewise reported no new incidents beyond isolated acts of vandalism; a restaurant owner described an offensive delivery but said no continuing threats were evident.
After discussion, a commissioner moved to lift the declaration. The motion passed by voice vote. Commissioners agreed to revisit the issue if new information or credible threats emerge and to rely on standard law-enforcement resources and meeting bylaws to manage public gatherings going forward.
