Antrim supervisors approve routine minutes, bills, grants and contract awards

The Antrim Township Board of Supervisors on June 23 approved routine procedural items and several funding and contract decisions. Supervisors unanimously approved the minutes from the June 9 meeting and the Treasurer’s Report for June 23, 2026, and authorized renewal of financial security for Antrim Mennonite Church in the amount of $55,297.11.
The board awarded the Shinham Road Culvert Replacement and Shoulder Stabilization project to JVI Group Inc. for $372,176.00. By amendment, the board reduced an allocation in Resolution #399 and approved a $5,000 allocation to the Tayamentasachta Environmental Center for a paving project (the amendment and final allocation passed with a 3‑1 vote). The board also approved the allowability of commencing eminent domain proceedings for easements needed for the Shinham project through Resolution #400 and authorized the administrator to sign PennDOT paperwork for the Milnor Road Turnback Agreement. Finally, supervisors instructed the Treasurer to transfer the General Money Market Account funds (MMDA Public Funds, Township GL# 01-108-110) from RBC to F&M Trust; the May ending balance was reported at $6,048,040.33.
