River Ridge Board approves July minutes and discusses unaudited financial statements

On motion by Mr. Twombly and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the Board approved the July 23, 2024 regular meeting minutes with several textual corrections (including name spellings and insertions).
Mrs. Adams reviewed the unaudited financial statements as of July 31, 2024 and said Accounting is working to reconcile the 2022A and 2022B notes. She will update the report to include MRI Construction Proposal CB131 to block one end of a drainage pipe. Mr. Blumenthal asked about MRI working on a Glen Eagles water line repair; Mr. Krebs said Lee County Utilities handles those repairs and he will confirm if there was any damage to roadways or curbs.
