Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and proposed scope of work for areas rated severe. Krebs said quantities have been sent to Collier Paving and the Board can expect repair quotes at the next meeting. He is preparing a draft memorandum to notify specific homeowners about the upcoming sidewalk and curb repair project and that homeowners are responsible for repairing their driveways.
Mrs. Adams and Mr. Schultz will review the notification before it is sent to homeowners. The report and cost estimates will return to the Board for approval before any contractor work is scheduled. No contract was approved at this meeting; staff will proceed with obtaining quotes and finalizing homeowner notices.
