Vendor report: Premier Lakes says lakes in good shape; bubbler repair imminent

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes told the Board that "the lakes appear to be in very good shape." He reported preserves and dry-retention maintenance are underway and Premier increased service frequency from quarterly to monthly for the rainy season to address higher growth and maintenance demand.
Mr. Kurth said crews removed fallen trees from the Florida Power & Light (FPL) ditch and outfall structure in advance of an impending tropical storm and that repairs to the Lake H1-B nano-bubbler, which lost prime after being turned off, would be completed the following day. District Operations Manager Shane Willis and Mr. Alex Kurth will present proposals for the electrical portion of a project to move a compressor in the Masters Lake at a future time.
The vendor's report was informational; no Board action was required at this meeting beyond accepting the update and noting the contractor's increased service frequency during the rainy season.
