The Senate Health & Welfare Committee approved the Minutes of February 25 and February 26, 2026, after motions by Senator Blaylock and seconding by Senator Wintrow; both approvals passed by voice vote. Later, the committee considered two bills: H 928 and H 916.
For H 928, Senator Lenney moved and Senator Keyser seconded to send the bill to the 14th Order of Business for possible amendment; the motion carried by voice vote with Senators Harris and Wintrow requesting to be recorded as voting Nay.
