EDC director reports $15M Project Turntable prospect, rising unemployment and retail outreach

Reese said Project Turntable is seeking existing buildings with a minimum 26‑foot eve height and up to 60,000 square feet of space.
Reese also reported ongoing discussions related to Exit 14 and wastewater system design with Pilot that could inform an operating structure for the South Giles Utility District and a county property lease to accommodate the system. He cited PlacerAI figures that the recent Sundrop Festival brought about 12,300 visitors to downtown Pulaski, more than half from outside Giles County, and noted a Hampton Inn auction scheduled for June 26 at 10:00 a.m.
