Albany selectmen approve minutes, manifests and consent-item action
Summary

The Chair then reviewed the consent file and read two manifests for signature that together totaled $14,157.78 (an accounts payable/payroll manifest for 07/14/2026 and 07/21/2026). The Board also discussed consent-item D, a permanent application for property tax-credit exemptions where an elderly-exemption box had been checked. One committee member asked that item D be corrected; after brief discussion the Board voted to approve the consent item as presented and sign the manifest.
