DRB unanimously advances 4478 Howe Hill Road subdivision to Preliminary Plan Review; site visit scheduled

At the May 12 meeting Chair John Roe reported that the Development Review Board voted to advance the subdivision application for 4478 Howe Hill Road to the Preliminary Plan Review stage. Commissioner Lucy Gibson moved that the DRB advance the application; Commissioner Andrew Cliburn seconded. The board approved the motion unanimously. The site visit will be Monday, June 8 at 6:00 PM and the hearing is set for Tuesday, June 9 at 7:00 PM.
Separately, Commissioners voted to close the DRB meeting at 7:50 PM on a motion by Paul Kristensen seconded by Lucy Gibson. The minutes record that applicant representatives Joe Honkala and Rob Townsend left the meeting after the DRB session closed. The actions recorded in the minutes are procedural advancement of the application and scheduling of field and hearing review rather than final approvals of the subdivision.
