Sharon Selectboard approves payroll and multiple warrants totaling about $63,028
Summary
At its May 18 special meeting the Sharon Selectboard approved payroll for May 3–16 and a series of accounts payable warrants covering general, facility, and fund-specific expenses, with motions passing unanimously among members present.
The Sharon Selectboard approved payroll for the period May 3 through May 16, 2026, authorizing a cash draw of $21,839.20 to cover paychecks and related expenses. The vote to approve payroll passed unanimously among members present.
The board also approved a series of accounts payable warrants: AP Warrant 2081 for $12,261.93; 2082 for $5,902.21; 2083 for $1,250.70; 2084 for $16,582.97; 2085 (Old School House Fund) for $157.24; 2086 for $1,970.65; 2087 (Recreation Fund) for $780.00; and 2088 (ACH payments) for $220.98. All warrant motions were moved and seconded by Selectboard Vice Chair Kevin Gish and Selectboard Clerk Ted Austin and were recorded as approved unanimously by those present.
The board tabled approval of meeting minutes until its June 1 regular meeting. The next regular Selectboard meeting is scheduled for June 1, 2026.
