Commissioners said the mapping project could inform decisions about recreational uses and the need to revitalize access for potential forest management. The minutes note that Bob Zaino (co-author of Wetland, Woodland and Wildland: A guide to the Natural Communities of Vermont) is connected to the mapping effort as a referenced expert.
