Planning commission delays approval of August minutes to clarify grant language

"I would like some clarifying language added to the minutes to show that the grant received is entirely for the Comprehensive Plan and Climate Element Updates," Commissioner Schneider said, asking that the record be explicit about the grant’s intended use. Commissioner Schneider moved to approve the minutes at a later date and Commissioner Barnett seconded. By voice vote the motion carried; the transcript records the motion as carried but does not include a roll-call tally.
Administrator Treesa Morales suggested the amended minutes could be circulated by email for commissioner review and formal approval at the next meeting. The commission adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
