The Penn Forest Planning Commission conditionally approved the Matti lot consolidation for parcel 36-51-A8.16 (P-24-11) at its Feb. 24 meeting, contingent on meeting all requirements in a BIA letter dated Feb. 13, 2025. The minutes record that approval includes recognition of an associated HOP permit; township staff will forward the HOP permit to the board for further discussion.
Several waivers were recorded for the Matti plan, including waivers related to contour intervals (Section 210-16.C.15), significant features and tree mapping (Section 210-16.C.31), plan scale (Section 210-16.A.1), showing man-made features within the tract (Section 210-16.C.13) and omission of elevation on boundary line monuments (Section 210-16.C.17). William Miller and other members made motions recorded in the minutes; the motions carried. After adjournment, the commission completed the Matti planning module.
