The Penn Forest Township Planning Commission on Nov. 25, 2024, voted to table multiple land‑development and subdivision applications while applicants correct or complete their submissions. Chair William Miller and other commissioners repeatedly moved to defer action pending plan revisions.
Among the items tabled were the proposed land development for Parcel 36-51-A8.33-P-24-3 (Getz Self Storage), the proposed subdivision for Parcel 22-51-A502-P-24-5 (Eggert/Farnell) and a reverse subdivision and land development for Parcels 51-51-A8.03 & 51-51-A8.04-P-24-9 (Mazella). William Miller made the motions to table the Getz and Mazella plans; Chris Rau moved to table the Eggert/Farnell plan. Dennis Habig and Chris Rau are recorded as seconding several motions; each motion was recorded as "motion carried."
Commissioners did not discuss final approvals on these items and left the plans pending further cleanup or additional documentation. Applicants will need to return with revised submissions before the commission takes final action.
