The Planning Commission conditionally approved the Levan reverse subdivision (parcels 66B-51-A105 and 66B-51-A106, P-24-18) to create lot 66B-51-A105A, contingent on the applicants meeting the requirements cited in a BIA letter dated Feb. 20, 2025. Minutes record that the lots were not perc-tested; an extension for the submission was accepted prior to conditional approval.
Commissioner Chris Rau moved for conditional approval and the motion carried after a second. The commission also approved waivers from Section 210-16.A to allow the drawing scale as shown on the plans and from Section 210-16.C(31) to not show trees larger than eight inches in caliper, with motions recorded in the minutes. The minutes do not record a roll-call tally for these motions beyond noting the motion and that it carried.
