The board approved the consent agenda, which included the summary of payments and fund activity report included in the packet. Chair (speaker 1) opened the consent item and trustees moved, seconded and approved the agenda as presented.
Staff from Foster & Foster reported that the state annual report has been filed and that the board will learn the reimbursement amount in mid‑August; trustees were also encouraged to sign up for two upcoming education events: the FPVTA annual conference (June 28–July 1, 2026) and the FPVTA trustee school (Sept. 27–30, 2026). The chair asked trustees to register soon because the annual conference fills quickly.
