The Community Redevelopment Agency approved a $15,652.38 50/50 small-scale matching grant to 511 Home Source for façade and exterior repairs at 511 North Orange Street.
Samantha Bergeron explained the request covers decorated exterior façade improvements, driveway paver repair and reseal, painting, and new exterior doors and windows. Bergeron said the applicant submitted the required documentation and staff confirmed the request fits within the current fiscal-year allocation for small-scale grants. A board member asked whether the grant was limited to exterior repairs or if it would support interior repurposing; Bergeron reiterated the program funds exterior improvements only. The board approved the motion unanimously by roll call.
Staff said the grant program budget for the current fiscal year remains sufficient to cover the award.
