The Community Redevelopment Agency voted unanimously to approve a large-scale 50/50 matching façade grant to CMRC (manager Ryan Shank) for Pups Patio dog park and bar at 736 Canal.
Director Samantha Bergeron described the request for an exterior-improvement match of $29,088.58 to cover roof replacement with a metal roof, new front windows, artificial turf and a connected concrete patio. Bergeron cited an estimated total project cost of $58,177 and said the applicant complied with the program's documentation requirements.
