CRA board adopts budget reallocation; projects shifted but total unchanged

Staff covered the difference by reallocating savings and funds from an Avcon project at the airport (listed as $266,660).
Bergeron emphasized the board was reallocating within the approved total rather than increasing the budget. After questions and a staff explanation, the board moved, seconded, and adopted the resolution in a unanimous roll-call vote. Bergeron also noted the CRA has approximately $11,000,000 remaining in funds that are largely encumbered for ongoing grants and capital projects.
