Chair Cleveland brought the item forward as old business, saying staff had identified a form error for the $250,000 adaptive-use opportunity grant. Samantha Bergeron, Director, told the board the applicant had used “the incorrect form,” but that “the agreement is correct, which is attached to this agenda item.” Bergeron said staff wanted the file corrected to ensure the record is accurate for future audits. The board moved, seconded and approved the correction without opposition.
The motion was procedural: it replaces the incorrect application form in the grant file and does not change the underlying award or its terms. Bergeron described the action as an administrative fix to preserve audit documentation. The board recorded a unanimous roll-call vote in favor.
