Later in the meeting Beeler moved to enter a nonpublic session at 8:00 p.m. and conducted a roll‑call vote. All members present voted in favor; Beeler declared, "The ayes have it, and we will proceed to go into non public at 8PM." The board said there would be no further public discussion after returning from that session.
