Gnoddie told the commission she discovered a vacant lot cannot receive a fence permit and therefore applied to consolidate a double parcel. Mayor Schneider said cleaning the parcel record "prevents headaches in the future."
Building Commissioner Walter Maynard confirmed approval here is the correct first step before the applicant proceeds to zoning review for a fence permit. Mr. Muhvic moved to approve docket 1-26-01P; Mayor Schneider seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
