During its July 1 meeting the council adopted Resolution 2025-S-178 authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $6,942,000 in bond anticipation notes. The consent agenda also included Resolution 2025-S-180 to amend the 2025 budget to insert Clean Communities revenue of $19,533.99 and Resolution 2025-S-182 to award a $4,000 contract to DeBlasio & Associates for NJDEP water allocation permit renewal.
The consent agenda was adopted by motion (moved by Bunny Parzych, seconded by Frank Dallahan) with roll-call votes recorded as "Yes" by the listed councilmembers. The minutes list other consent items including a donation of four trees from Nancy Schaffer and donation of surplus 2023 beach tags to the Stone Harbor Museum.
