The Baltimore Board of Liquor License Commissioners approved an application for a new Class B beer, wine and liquor restaurant license for Sunday Social, a proposed Muscuri House concept at 2 East Well Street.
Jeffrey Muscuri (speaker 6), identified himself as CEO and founder of Muscuri House Sali Group and said the company has invested in remodeling, fixtures and a bar top, and plans a restaurant-first operation with about 80% food sales and seating for roughly 85–120 people. He said alcohol service would begin no earlier than 10 a.m. and the establishment would provide staff training and TIP certification for managers.
The chair said the board reviewed the application materials and testimony and moved to approve the license with the requested live entertainment and outdoor table service; commissioners recorded agreement and voted to approve the application. "Thank you, and good luck to you," the chair told the applicants after the vote.
