Meade council approves three personnel promotions and raises

• Russell Ohnick: moved from Power Plant Operator to Power Plant Assistant Supervisor with a $1.00 hourly raise from $29.20 to $30.20; motion by Holguin, second by DeLissa; carried with all in favor.
