Council approves three personnel moves and pay raises in utility and plant staff

James Wondra was moved from the Electric/Water Department to Electric/Water Supervisor with a $3 hourly raise from $29.76 to $32.76. Anthony Schmidt was moved from Power Plant Operator to Shop Maintenance/Mechanic with a $1.75 raise from $22.71 to $24.46. Russell Ohnick was moved from Power Plant Operator to Power Plant Assistant Supervisor with a $1 raise from $29.20 to $30.20.
Each motion was recorded as carried with all in favor in the minutes; the motions show different movers and seconders (motions moved by Brian Kroth and others as recorded). The personnel actions were taken near the end of the meeting prior to adjournment.
