Speaker 11 further volunteered to serve as the INCOG General Assembly representative with David Pickle as the alternate. The motion was seconded; council approved the appointments by roll call.
Councilors discussed the value of INCOG participation and noted that the General Assembly typically meets once a year in the summer. Staff confirmed terms and logistical arrangements and said orientation and committee links would be provided to new appointees.
