The Planning Commission approved a staff-recommended lot split for Lot 18882024 in the Midway Cottages area, converting one 0.18-acre lot into two residential lots. Staff reported that the resulting parcels meet frontage and area requirements in the applicable PUD and overlay districts, and that municipal water and sanitary sewer are available.
Staff noted utility providers (ONG, PSO, Windstream, Cox Communications) indicated no conflicts at the technical advisory committee review. Two residents, Jeff and Nancy Bensley, were listed in opposition but did not appear to speak. The commission voted to approve the lot split subject to the usual warranty-deed recording and platting conditions.
Staff will require that all new warranty deeds be brought to Planning and Development for stamping prior to recording in Tulsa County, per standard practice cited in the staff report.
