Chair noted that vendor claims and payroll are typically included on the consent agenda but are sometimes kept off consent when conflicts arise. Council moved and seconded the claims motion and approved it without further discussion. Ron, the consultant presenting the pay estimate, described remaining retainage and that MBI regraded, reseeded and installed a timed sprinkler to correct site work; he said staff recommended final payment. "This is the final pay estimate for wall number 2," Ron told the council, and council approved the listed amount following a motion.
Both approvals were recorded as motions that carried at the meeting.
